ENFJ Relationship Compatibility
When it comes to finding love, some people truly seem blessed. Perhaps you have a friend who has been in one incredibly sweet relationship after another all throughout her life. Or maybe you had a college roommate who somehow fell in love with her soulmate during freshman orientation while you were still trying to find the dining hall. Rather than luck, this could actually be a matter of personality. Believe it or not, there are certain Myers-Briggs personality types that fall in love most often , just as there are some personalities that aren’t quite as charmed when it comes to romance. Finding true love is never a sure thing, but having a personality that makes you well-suited for relationships certainly helps. As an INTP, my reserved nature and fear of rejection isn’t quite ideal for a person looking for love. Not sure what your personality type is? Take the test to find out.
ENFJ and ENFJ – Compatibility, Relationships, and Friendships
ENFJ personalities are Extroverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging meaning they tend to spend their free time with others, process situations emotionally, think creatively about complex problems, and follow set plans. ENFJs should communicate intentionally with one another by setting meetings to discuss bigger issues and working to connect emotionally.
Since ENFJs are Feeling personalities, they should each focus on expressing how a situation affects them emotionally, while remaining empathetic to one another.

ENFJ relationships are often full of inspiration, affection, and fun. This Myers-Briggs personality is defined as being extraverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging. This is one of the less common Myers-Briggs personalities, accounting for an estimated two percent of the population. This type of extravert is often well-loved wherever they go and is very dedicated to finding the right life-long companion. An ENFJ searching for love, however, may find it difficult to restrain their own negative traits which can doom a relationship.
ENFJs are very tuned in to what others are feeling and they genuinely want those they care about to be happy. This need to be loved and accepted by others can go so deeply that an ENFJ may even drift into chameleon mode where he or she senses the moods and motives of others and imitates them. Essentially, they will become the type of individual that others want to be around. They have a welcoming nature that makes them very approachable and trustworthy. This type of personality is more likely to overlook whether social actions are right or wrong because they become so consumed with social normalcies and expectations and are driven by the desire to be accepted by others.
On the other hand, ENFJs may become so desperate for approval from others that they may behave oddly or outside of the realm of social regularity. This may be portrayed as saying or doing something in public or around strangers that most people would consider inappropriate.

Antonella asks an interesting dating question about being with an ESFJ. I have a relationship type question. I just saw the Myers Briggs type compatibility chart and its kind of unfair that Im only compatible with half the types. Ive seen why we may have our differences I have too many deep thoughts or I connect ideas from everything I see, and he kind of enjoys life without too much thinking and our comunication requires a little bit of more effort because it has to be clear. Sometimes I feel this lack of deepness or ideas, but I try to tell me is not really important.
However, I understand that love is about loving who they are and learning to love the differences acceptable differences. My problem is that I think too much, and Im always looking for something better job, friends, education and I dont want to leave people just because there might be someone better somewhere. Im happy with him, because we share the same values and see the world the same way.
And to find someone who shares this, is harder than finding an INTJ. I know my real problem is the fear of failure in love life, or not to be real happy in the future. Thank you for being open to questions, I think that your job is amazing. Want me to send you an uplifting pep talk and advice for thriving as an ENFP in an estj world?

Dating an ENFJ partner
People who share the Protagonist personality type feel most at home when they are in a relationship, and few types are more eager to establish a loving commitment with their chosen partners. Protagonists take dating and relationships seriously, selecting partners with an eye towards the long haul, rather than the more casual approach that might be expected from some types in the Explorer Role group. On the other hand, people with the Protagonist personality type can sometimes be too preemptive in resolving their conflicts, asking for criticisms and suggestions in ways that convey neediness or insecurity.
Protagonists invest their emotions wholly in their relationships, and are sometimes so eager to please that it actually undermines the relationship — this can lead to resentment, and even the failure of the relationship. When this happens, Protagonists experience strong senses of guilt and betrayal, as they see all their efforts slip away. If potential partners appreciate these qualities though, and make an effort themselves to look after the needs of their Protagonist partners, they will enjoy long, happy, passionate relationships.

Such judgments, especially when unsolicited, are not always well received by others. With that said, it often feels unnatural, for NFJs to carefully censor or restrain their judgments, since this forces them into the uncomfortable position of handling their emotions and judgments inwardly, thereby functioning more like NFPs than NFJs.
One of the stickier contexts for NFJs to deliver their judgments is romantic relationships. It is also assumed that both partners are equally capable of delivering and receiving reproach. From the NFJ perspective, however, all persons are not endowed with an equal talent for effectively understanding and navigating relationships. And regardless of whether NFJs actually know more about their partners than their partners know about themselves, their mates will often come to resist or resent such assumptions.
